1. You must not
- Send spam: bulk or unsolicited messages, or messages to people who are not your members.
- Send marketing without consent: marketing by email or text only goes to members who agreed to it, and every opt out, unsubscribe and STOP reply must be honoured.
- Send unlawful messages: anything that breaks the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, harasses or threatens, or misleads people about who it is from.
- Abuse email or text features: importing bought or scraped contact lists, hiding or faking the sender, or sending at a volume or for a purpose that has nothing to do with running your studio.
- Upload unlawful content: anything that infringes someone else’s rights, is defamatory, hateful or obscene, exploits children, or contains malware.
- Reverse engineer Amble: copy, decompile or take apart the software, except where the law allows it.
- Scrape it: use bots, crawlers or other automated means to collect data from Amble, beyond the exports and features we provide.
- Break in: try to reach another studio’s or member’s data, get round access controls, or test Amble’s security without our written permission.
- Overload it: interfere with or disrupt the service, or put an unreasonable load on it.
- Pretend to be someone else, or resell Amble without our agreement.
2. Reporting misuse or a security problem
Tell us at hello@ambleclub.com. If you think you have found a security weakness, please report it to privacy@ambleclub.com rather than testing it further, and we will work with you to fix it.
3. What we may do
If this policy is broken we may remove content, pause sending, or suspend or close the account involved, as our Terms of Service describe. Where the law requires it, we may report it to the authorities.
