For Pilates studios
A Pilates booking app that carries your studio’s name
Amble is a class-booking app for Pilates studios in the UK. Clients book, cancel and join waitlists from their phone in an app with your logo and colours, and pay for class packs or memberships by card, straight to your own Stripe account.
What gets in the way at Pilates studios.
The problem
Small classes and late cancellations
With eight or ten mats, one late cancel is a gap you notice, and chasing someone to fill it rarely works.
With Amble
Set a cancellation window for each class schedule, in hours. Clients see the cut-off when they book. Cancel in time and their credit comes back automatically, and the next person on the waitlist is booked in.
The problem
Intro offers used twice
A free or reduced first class is how most new clients start, and it is easy to hand out more than once.
With Amble
Make any class pack one per member, so an intro offer can only be bought once. Amble’s reports show how many trials go on to become members.
The problem
Bookings in WhatsApp, DMs and a spreadsheet
Every booking that arrives by message is one you have to copy across, confirm and remember.
With Amble
Clients book themselves from a timetable in your studio’s name, and your public studio page shows next week’s classes with the spaces left.
The features that do the work.

More on your branded appQuestions studio owners ask
What should a Pilates studio look for in a booking app?
Clients booking and cancelling for themselves, a waitlist that fills spaces without you, class packs and memberships, and card payments that go to your own account. Amble does all of these, in an app that shows your studio’s name and logo rather than a marketplace of other studios.
Can I sell class packs and memberships?
Yes. Class packs can have an expiry and can be limited to one per member. Memberships can be monthly or yearly, with an optional number of classes each month and a minimum term.
Can clients cancel without messaging me?
Yes, in the app. Inside your cancellation window their credit comes back automatically; after it, the credit is not returned.
Can I offer a first class free?
Yes. Staff can give a new client a free one-off pack, and paid intro offers can be bought online and limited to one per person.
How much does Amble cost?
Amble is free for up to 25 members, with a 2% fee on card payments. Paid plans start at £29 a month with no payment fee, and your first paid plan comes with a 30-day free trial. See pricing.

How to turn gym trials into members
Trials are won at the second visit. Put trialists in a real class, make sure someone says hello, book visit two before they leave, and don’t discount.

Most waitlists are decoration. What makes one credible: automatic promotion, no offer left hanging, a visible place in the queue, and honesty.
