For spin studios
Booking software for spin studios with a fixed number of bikes
Amble is booking software for indoor cycling and spin studios in the UK. Classes are capped at your number of bikes, a cancellation hands the bike to the next person on the waitlist automatically, and riders check in by scanning a QR code at the door.
What gets in the way at spin studios.
The problem
Full peak classes, empty bikes
The 6:30pm class is full on paper, and two bikes sit empty because people didn’t cancel.
With Amble
A cancellation window riders can see, automatic waitlist promotion, and a register that records no-shows so you can see who keeps missing.
The problem
A fixed number of bikes
You can’t add a bike because one more person wants to come.
With Amble
Set each class’s capacity to your bikes. Past that, riders join the waitlist and see their position.
The problem
A queue at the door
Ticking names off a list while everyone arrives at once slows the start of class.
With Amble
Riders scan a QR code on a tablet by the door and tap their name. No login needed.
The features that do the work.
Waitlists
Class waitlists that fill themselves: when someone cancels, the next person is booked in automatically, and members can see their place in the queue.

More on paymentsQuestions studio owners ask
Can riders choose their bike?
Not at the moment. Riders book a place in the class, which is capped at your number of bikes.
How does the waitlist work?
When a class is full, riders join the waitlist and see their position. When someone cancels, the next rider is booked in automatically.
Can I see who doesn’t turn up?
Yes. Staff mark attendance and no-shows on the register, and the reports show turnout for each class.
Do riders need to log in to check in?
No. They scan the QR code on the door tablet with their phone and tap their name.
How much does Amble cost?
Amble is free for up to 25 members, with a 2% fee on card payments. Paid plans start at £29 a month with no payment fee, and your first paid plan comes with a 30-day free trial. See pricing.
Guides for studio owners.
How to run a class waitlist members trust
