Getting set up
Set up your gym without a training course
Amble is built to be set up by the person who runs the studio, with no setup call. You name your gym, choose what you run, and either start from a ready-made timetable or build your own, with a short guide that explains how classes are organised.
Sign up and name your gym
Create an account, name your gym and choose what you run: classes, a gym floor with no classes, or both. You become the gym’s admin straight away.
Start from a ready-made setup, or build your own
Pick a starting setup for a studio, a gym or a box, and Amble adds class types, membership options and a weekly timetable, then fills the next four weeks with bookable classes. Everything it adds is ordinary data you can rename, change or delete.
If you would rather start from nothing, build it yourself instead.
A guide that explains, then gets out of the way
Booking software splits “my Monday 7am reformer” into three things: the class type, the weekly schedule and each individual class. A short first-run guide explains that once, in plain words.
A setup checklist shows how far along you are, and short tours point out what each screen is for.
Then make it yours
Add your logo and colours, connect your Stripe account for payments, import your members and share your join link so members can sign themselves up.
What it doesn’t do yet
- Setup and importing are self-serve: there’s no setup call and no one moves your data for you. If you get stuck, email hello@ambleclub.com.

Amble for PilatesQuestions studio owners ask
Do I need a setup call or training?
No. Setup is self-serve, with a short guide and tours built in. If you get stuck, email hello@ambleclub.com.
What do I get if I choose a starting setup?
Class types, membership options and a weekly timetable to suit a studio, a gym or a box, with the next four weeks of classes ready to book. You can change all of it.
Can I run a gym floor without classes?
Yes. Choose “gym floor, no classes” when you set up, and members check in at the door without booking.
Can more than one person help set it up?
Yes. Invite staff by email and choose what each can do: organisation admin, branch manager, instructor or front desk.
Is it free to try?
Amble is free for up to 25 members, with a 2% fee on card payments. Paid plans start at £29 a month with no payment fee, and your first paid plan comes with a 30-day free trial. See pricing.

Trials are won at the second visit. Put trialists in a real class, make sure someone says hello, book visit two before they leave, and don’t discount.
